Luggage storage was a plus, but Wi-Fi kept dropping. Clean room, great showers.

I was shocked by the noise. the trams literally shook my room, and the shower leaked incessantly. i expected some kind of compensation or at least acknowledgment for such horrors, but received nothing but empty apologies. absolutely disgraceful. i almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn't. stay away from this overrated establishment, please!

The sound of the trams rolling by all day long could be quite disruptive, and navigating the hilly streets posed a challenge for getting around. The room on the third floor felt cramped with limited natural light and a cement guard blocking the view, making it less appealing than other options. Lastly, the lack of closets was noticeable, relying solely on a few hangers on the wall for storage.

We loved the spacious apartment with a sea view! Its prime location allowed us easy access to the tram and local eateries. Every morning, we enjoyed amazing breakfasts at a cozy café just steps away. Overall, it was ideal for our trip with our grown kids.

My wife says that another comfortable seating area would have been nice.

Location's killer, it's like the heart of Alfama! Right next to the tram stop makes it super convenient for exploring. The suite was spacious with air conditioning that actually worked (not like some spots! ).

the electrical outlets only worked with the room key which was annoying. the bed was really comfortable and i loved the strong rain shower pressure. the staff were super helpful always ready to assist us with a smile

The Alfama, Lisbon Lounge Suites offers an excellent location in the heart of Alfama, with an extraordinary spacious and clean apartment. Our Superior Apartment provided a beautiful view and ample living space, complete with a kitchen and separate bedroom area. The staff was very helpful, especially during our early morning arrival, where they assisted with our luggage and provided useful local dining recommendations. The nearby bakery offered delicious breakfast options that added to our stay.

The lack of an elevator can be inconvenient for those with heavy luggage.

The staff was exceptionally attentive, especially Isabel, who went above and beyond to assist us. The apartment offered a stunning river view that enhanced our experience during our stay. I appreciated having a spacious room that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring the area.
